Include Headings in auto-generated TOC in the exported PDF

Our requirement here is to have Heading 1, Heading 2, and Heading 3 included in the TOC of the exported PDF.

Right now, only the Chapter titles are captured in the TOC by default.

We don't want to use any macro for this in the chapter content, however looking some solution using PDF stylesheet.

Can anybody suggest how to get it?

I don't really understand. When I make a space export the different headings are automatically included in the TOC. So perhaps you could explain in more detail what you really do.
