Include page macro does not include page as full page width

The Include Page macro seems to ignore formatting and table sorting. The width is also broken. Is this an existing issue?

Hi, this is a known bug, I reported it in May 2019. It is still in Gathering Impact. See CONFCLOUD-66520. I believe it is also related to CONFCLOUD-65998
