Incorrect display of confluence page

On the following Confluence page, the excel file loaded in is displayed incorrectly

The excel file appears as shown in the screenshot, with column 4 enlarged and therefore difficult to analyse.

What happens when you resize the column width in the source file in Excel, Vittorio?

I'm not using the Office Excel Macro frequently tbh, but just did some testing - all my changes to the Excel file have been correctly applied and displayed by the macro.

As the Confluence instance you're referring to is not accessible to anonymous users, it'd be more helpful if you provide some screenshots.
