That is exactly how the tables are rendered, using the TableView macro by default.
Dynamically adjusting the column widths... if you dont want that behaviour then you can use the techniques explained in the article referred in my previous comment

By defining the width in the ConfiForms Field's CSS parameter. Each field corresponds to a column in a table, if we talk about the ConfiForms TableView
