Insert Code missing

In "Answers" section I have a "Insert code" button in the wysiwyg editor.

But when a create an article, the "Insert code" button is missing!

Is it a bug?

Hello there,

To insert code on Confluence page you may use a macro.
To insert the Code macro into a page, please follow the steps below:

• In the Confluence editor, choose Insert > Other Macros.
• Find and select Code Block macro.
