Insert a JIRA issue in Confluence : sometimes filter does not work

Hello

I would like to understand why sometimes I can put directly the issueKey and the filter provides the issue

And in some cases it does not work :

It works when I put issueKey=

Is it due to the fact that there is the character "_" in the issueKey?  If this is the case, why this character is blocking the Search ?

We never use "_" in the project keys, but thanks for sharing this issue.
