Hi,
We are using Insight as CMDB module on JIRA to store information about our ICT assets and services.
Next to this we use Confluence to host and 'ICT-WIKI' and have a public space with a lot of information pages for our users. These pages are completely public and users can view them without logging into confluence.
We are now trying, with the help of the Insight Marco for Confluence to setup a few dashboards in confluence displaying information from insight.
When we log into confluence with an account which has rights on the Insight schema, this works just fine, but when we are not logged in confluence, we are getting permission error messages.
Is there a way to mark an insight schema as publicly accessible (read-only)?
thanks
Hi.
This option is currently not available in Insight Macro for confluence, as currently a User must be authenticated in order to get the information from Insight.
We do have this Feature Request logged for this exact functionality, so please upvote it so we can evaluate it better for future development.
Kind regards,
Yinon
