Confluence version is: Confluence 5.1-OD-9
Team Calendar version is: team-calendars-3.2.4

We have Confluence and JIRA running on a local server.

Have tried both upload and via purchases install bu the following shows each time:

This version of Confluence is unknown to the Atlassian Marketplace. It may be too new to appear, or it may be some type of non-standard build.

All add-on data displayed below is for the latest known product version. Add-on compatibility with this Confluence version is unverified; install add-ons at your own risk.

An unexpected error occurred. Please refer to the logs for more information.

Hi Matthew!

Is hard to determine what's happening without the logs thread dumps, but I believe you may experiencing the "Packet for query is too large" error on the logs.

Please check if the resolution of this KB can help you.

Cheers
