Installating Plana ends with a hiccup

Hi,

Does anyone have an advise for installation the app Plana? Every try ends with a hiccup. Also I tried out the hint to put credit card payment information - that doesn't help.

I did, they suggested to ask here, because they think it belongs to the payment method.

And maybe someone else has the same problem.
