Installing a Custom Macro

Hey All,

For the life of me I can't seem to figure this out.

I'm looking to install this custom 3rd-party macro that is not in the Atlassian marketplace to work with my team's Confluence.

However, I'm unable to find the option in my settings. I'm following these instructions here and can't find the corresponding settings in my own window.

Do I perhaps not have the correct permissions?

You should also be aware that if you are using Confluence Cloud then User Macros are not available.

Ahh, okay. 

That's where the issue was.

Sad to hear that this feature is not available for Confluence Cloud yet, but at least now I know.

Hi William

To create User Macros in Confluence, the user should have System Administrator permissions.

Please make sure you have the relevant permissions in Confluence.
