Installing confluence on linux is failed

Installing confluence (7.19.4 version) on linux（14.04.1-Ubuntu）  Tips:

Starting Installer ...

I logged in as root.

please verify the supported platform first https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf719/supported-platforms-1157467959.html

In particular please verify that your server is using jdk 11.

This is java version: 

java version "11.0.8" 2020-07-14 LTS
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 18.9 (build 11.0.8+10-LTS)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 18.9 (build 11.0.8+10-LTS, mixed mode)

This is Ubuntu version:

14.04.1-Ubuntu

I used the 11.0.8 jdk version , but it still prompted:

com.install4j.runtime.beans.actions.misc.RunExecutableAction failed

Also，I used the 11.0.9 jdk version , but the same problem.

The follow screenshot is the brower, can see nothing when I click the Next button.
