Instant27001

I have purchased instant27001 to help me get my business certified.

I just wondered if anyone knows we’re there are instructions on how to go through this using instant27001 or have experience with it.

I'm afraid you are probably in the wrong place.  instant27001 is not an Atlassian product as far as I can tell, so I doubt anyone here will know much about it.

My guess is that they use Atlassian's Confluence for their documentation and you've clicked on "help with the docs system" instead of "help with instant27001"

I think you'll want to go back to the docs and look for help with the product.
