Internal error message on password

Users get an internal error message when try to recover password from their email address.

Hi Mehran,

Can you let me know the version of Confluence you are running, and the exact error message as you are seeing it? A screenshot will be helpful.

Please also have a look at your Confluence Server Logs and let us know the error messages they are receiving there at the same time that you trigger the internal server error.
