Is Visual Studio 2010 (Isolated)/ Visual Studio 2010 Prerequisites Required on SQL server?

We have a Confluence installation with a separate server running the SQL database. Our vulnerability scanners have picked up a vulnerability in the Visual Studio 2010 (Isolated) and Visual Studio 2010 Prerequisites that is installed on our SQL server.

Nobody remembers installing it... can anyone confirm whether these features are required as part of a Confluence deployment?
