Is it possible for issue type "bug" to automatically produce trouble shooting article in confluence?

I would like to have all bugs issues to be logged in confluence, so we can use this as a knowledge base.

You can use the CLI Post Function from Run CLI Actions in JIRA to do various Confluence actions. Add that to the create issue transition and condition the action on the issue type being a Bug. Other information:
