Hello teams,
This is the use case, I have a confluence page for a program report. It contains a embebed plans, a list of risks (jira tickets), and some gadgets that shows the releases.
I want Rovo to answer some basic questions like "How many critical risk there are?", "what are the upcoming releases?" "is the plan on track?"
But Rovo answers with "There are no specific risks listed or counted directly" or "I cannot access the data"
It seems that Rovo can't analyze anything that is not plain text.
Hello @Wladimir Walter Quiroz Galeas
Directly, no. For draw.io for example, you would need to export it to JPG and then upload it and in that case it would work. Rovo agents don't have the permission to interact directly with the installed apps on Confluence.
This was my result
Thank you @Nikola Perisic - Ok, so we have to somehow force it with pictures or maybe an automation that creates a plain page with the results of the report -

The automation could work as well, as long as you have the action of Create page, with the correct instructions that you need to get out of the report.
