So we don't have a whole lot of tools available to use to use. However we do have Jira and Confluence and the two do talk to one another. We also have issue collector. However I'm not the biggest fan of issue collector since it doesn't capture the reporter in the reporter field. So I can't kick off any automation in Jira that I want to.
So I was wondering is it possible to use Confluence to build an Intake for Jira that would work better than Issue Collector? If so where would one start on getting information to do so?
