Is it possible to change the default size overflow for blocks with Themepress?

I have a page that allows users to create new documents by pressing a button. When users go to edit the contents of these pages however, they are set to "Hidden" and very difficult to edit. Is it possible to set a default value for blocks throughout the site so that they appear as "Auto"?
