Is it possible to change the fontsize of the title from a Panel Macro?

Dear experts,

I have a panel macro on the page. I want to change the fontsize of the title. Is that possible? or are the settings below the only one that can be changed:

{panel:title=My title|borderStyle=dashed|borderColor=blue|titleBGColor=#00a400|titleColor=white|bgColor=#72bc72}
A formatted panel
{panel}

In a word, no. Cloud doesn't give you access to the CSS. In server/data center, you could either update the site/space CSS or create a user macro. But in Cloud, neither option exists.
