Is it possible to choose a special format for the expand text?

We want to use an expand makro - it is not possible to change the format of the text, only of the title - can you please help here? Or recommend another macro?

I honestly don't quite understand the question - what is meant by "text", what is meant by "title"? It would be helpful if the issue could be described a little more precisely.

If your requirement is "I want the option to expand collapsed content to be more visible on a page because the expand macro is too subtle", this user macro could be a solution.
