Is it possible to create a master log of decisions that draws decisions from multiple other logs?

We have 8 individual Agile teams, each with their own Confluence site and decision logs, using the Decision Blueprint provided.  We want to have a portfolio site that has a master decision log, that draws decisions from each of the individual logs and puts them in one place for easy viewing.  Is this possible?  Thx!
