Is it possible to define the widths of the individual columns of the table appearing in confluence using the JIRA Issues Filter macro?

We can suggest using our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.

Wrap your Jira Issues macro into the Table Transformer macro and set the required column width.

You will have to look at the marketplace for apps that have this functionality.
