We have our Confluence public site which sits on a public URL.
Due to a security issue, we would like to disable access of anonymous (public) users to the Page history menu option. Is there a way for us to disable the Page history menu?
Note that we are planning to migrate our Confluence to Confluence cloud in the next couple of months. Is it possible to do a migration without overwriting our existing Confluence cloud?
Hi @Suhail Falak ,
There is no option to disable the page history. There's a ticket raise for it.

There's a possible workaround with CSS in comments that you can try.
You can migrate to your existing cloud considering if none of your space keys conflict.
You'll need to resolve space keys conflicts before merging the spaces on the cloud.
Thanks,
Ben

That begs another related question. Under Space details > Space Operations, we have a field called "Administrators". When you mouse-over the names of the admins, it shows a tooltip with the username, which is not liked by our security team. Is it possible to obscure the "Administrators" field through the CSS?

@Suhail Falak : I would think this is logically possible. I would post another question with that as a topic so the community can see it and help chime in.

Any update on this ticket to turn off page history for anonymous users?
