Is it possible to disable the HTML export on Confluence?

It is possible to disable for instance the PDF export feature by disabling the Confluence PDF export add-on but not the HTML export. Is it possible to disable it in some way?

Another solution could be probably not displaying the CSS element.

I would like to disable the HTML export instead.

You can disable the Confluence PDF Export under System Add-ons. Are you looking for this?
