Is it possible to download an add-on installer for CRM for Confluence?

Hello, I am trying to install the CRM for Confluence add-on on my DEV server which does not have access to the internet.  Some add-ons allow you to download the installer.  Is it possible to download the installer?  Thank you for your help.

It's not an installer, it's just the package that makes up the add-on.  Go to the "versions" option in the add-on page you've linked to, and to the right, expand the "all versions" bit.   Click the version you want, and it'll download the package, which you can then upload on to your Dev server through the ui.
