Is it possible to implement a fix in the UI that I found?

While clicking on the More icon and the opened dropdown, a scrollable or different menu list should be provided. We can no longer see all of the items in the drop-down list. (Now we are required to change the screen percentage to view all items in the drop-down list.)

Welcome to the Atlassian Community ... Which page of confluence are you referring to? Can you also mention the browser & OS versions? 

It seems to be fine for me on a Mac OS / Chrome browser..

Assume you are referring to a Confluence cloud instance

I'm using an Acer TravelMate with Windows 10 Pro (version 21H2 (OS build 19044.2486)) and Chrome Version 110.0.5481.100 (Official Build) (64-bit).
and I'm using adlm confluence cloud instance, I think.
