Is it possible within Confluence to export a page with its parent pages?

My question is whether it is possible in confluence to export a page and its parent pages. So when for example a child page named 1.2.2 is opened, is it possible to export page 1, page 1.2 and page 1.2.2 in one word document?

No, you can not export pages that way.  When you export a page it is that page only.  You can export the space to PDF or HTML.  There are also apps like this one that provides more flexible export options. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4909/content-exporter-word-pdf-html?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
