Thank you for contacting us. The Recommended Updates email is where I would start. This is based on the spaces the user has access to, so the content in the email will be specific to them.
Otherwise, you can try using labels with the Related Labels macro which will show pages that are related to the one your user is looking at. Be aware that you'll need to add the labels so Confluence knows which pages are related.
