Is there a character minimum for livesearch?

I have a livesearch macro set to filter only space results, but search results won't appear for anything less than 3 characters. This is problematic for our Confluence instance because some of our space names, which are named after departments, only have 2 letters in the name, so when you try to search for that space, no results appear below the search bar. Is there a way to fix this? Or some other possible workaround?

yes it looks like live search is limited to >= 3 symbols.

Workaround, i.e. searching from 1 symbol is possible, but it is necessary to specify at least the Space for which you require a search:

Unfortunately, this isn't for the regular search bar, it's for the livesearch macro and you can't use the filters when searching. I'm just instructing everyone to put a dash (-) after spaces that have only 2 characters which I discovered does yield results.
