Is there a glossary app that also lets you use suggestions from the terms when editing a page?

I am looking for an app that allows you to add a glossary but also allows you to leverage those glossary terms as suggestions when editing a page. Does that exist? 

Example: if there is an internal term that has a specific spelling or a business name you want to have spelled the same way, be able to add that into the glossary function but also suggest that term from the glossary when editing - Does that make sense?

Thanks for that! I was hoping there was a glossary app that also provided spelling suggestions as you are editing with the glossary terms but I don't think that exists :)
