Is there a groovy method to get the groups used to license a Confluence user?

I've created a groovy script to pull a list of all the users that count toward a Confluence license, however, I want to also indicate which group they belong to that is actually provisioning them a license based on the Global Permissions group.

What is the best way to get this association? Is there a way to do it?
