Is there a limit to the number of images I can add to a page and link to another?

LAMPEREVOLINSKI, DEBRA August 31, 2023
  • I created a page and uploaded three images (PNG files at 150 px each) and linked each to a unique page.
  • A few days later I wanted to add two more images with links.
  • I uploaded one image, created the link and saved/updated the page.
  • One image then immediately disappeared from the page, resulting in only 2 images now visible.

How can I upload images so that more than two display? And is there a limit to how many can be uploaded? Ultimately, I'd like at least twelve (12), however an infinite number is preferred. Sincere thanks!

@LAMPEREVOLINSKI, DEBRA welcome to the Atlassian community

You can add a lot of images to a page.  I think eventually it might make the page load slower but we have pages that have 30-40 images on them.  Are the images that you are adding the same name?  I have seen individual have issues when they add images that all have the same name.

Hello Brant. The images all have unique names and average 15KB each. Might it be a setting?

No you should be good to go.  Not a setting issue maybe it is a browser / browser plugin issues.  What browser are you using?  Have you tried another browser?

I recreated the page and the issue seems to be resolved.  Thanks for the replies and all the best!
