Is there a macro of some kind in confluence that would enable roster management in confluence easy?

We have rosters for our agile ceremonies such as standups, showcases across multiple pods. This includes on-call production support rosters too. I thought there should be an addon that should help us rotate the roster automatically rather than someone having to manually go and copy paste the rosters to the next cycle. Is there any addons available in confluence or Jira to do this?
