Is there a possibility to utilize Amazon S3 as a central storage and utilize them on confluence

Hello Everyone, 

We are currently working on project to address a use case. End user would like move away from box and explore options on S3. Use S3 as central storage and collaborate around these word/pdf/video files on confluence page. 

Did any one has a method to integrate S3 and ATlassian tools ??

Would this plugin allow a Confluence user to use the Confluence search bar to search through all the files which are stored in S3 via the Amazon S3 Storage Connector?
