Is there a way I can add page title from the confluence page? Also is there a way I can create a global property with in each confluence file which I can call from the vm file? That way I can add the page title in the confluence file and call it from vm?

What do you mean add page title? From where? Are you writing your own plugin?

You can write a listener module that wakes up every time a page is saved, and modifies it so that you set the page title.
