Is there a way to add a menu as a sidebar to a confluence page?

I currently have a very long document with headings and subheadings. The menu appears at the top of the page, but it isn't easy to navigate through this page with the menu being at the top. Is there a way to add the menu as a sidebar that moves as you scroll through the document? This would be a super helpful feature to aid navigation in a long document.

Out of the box you can't do that. Perhaps the marketplace is the best place to look and see if there is an app which can satisfy your need.
