Is there a way to be notified about change to a particular Wiki page?

The use case is as follows:

I am a member from a particular user group and I maintain all the Wiki documents within all the spaces. However, if a person from user group updates a document in any of the available spaces, I want that all the members within my user groups to be notified. Can this be done? if the other person do not select the NOTIFY ALL WATCHERS check box while editing a page? Note that I am watchers in all the documents.

If they uncheck the box then you won't be notified. But, I believe if you were to follow every user instead you would be notified regardless.
