Hi all,
I'm wondering if there's a solution for this. I'm cross-posting some content from our knowledge base on Confluence to our main site on a different domain. I want to canonicalize the article on our main site.
I installed an HTML macro app to implement my custom canonical tag; however, I noticed that there is a self-referencing canonical tag already implemented within the code. Is there any way to circumvent this, or delete the self-referencing canonical tag?
Thanks!
If you are savvy with Java you could find out where this exists in the code make the edit and recompile with the change. You would have to make the change every time you upgraded to a new version. Otherwise there is not a way to turn it off.
