Is there a way to change the format of the email that is sent to watchers on a page?

I am trying to find a way to communicate to our stakeholders regarding general project updates for each project... In the past we would use TEAMS for these communications but we would like to keep everything within Jira if possible... 

I tried to add stakeholders to a project page as watchers so that they would get the updates as they are entered; however, the communication that goes out looks very generic and almost "spamy" .. Is there a way to revise the communication to include the actual updates and to also remove a few of the buttons below such as "App store" or "Google Play" 

Is there another method used by other companies to communicate project updates??
