Is there a way to disable a comment when using curse, profanity, racial words?

May I know if there is a way to Disable the comment for anyone when user type a curse/profanity/racial words on the comment? This is for us to avoid any moving forward troubles within the company.

Is there any other alternatives for the ScriptRunner? As we do not see to purchase the ScriptRunner app since we will only use it for only one script.
