We use a company wide user authorization system, which is linked to Jira Groups and therefore to Confluence (if you check permissions in a space, it's the "Groups" section on the top). This section is automatically filled in when a space is created. So far, so good.
Now per default, the space creator get's added in the "Individual Users" section of the space permission, with all possible permissions (including "Admin") enabled. And here is where the issues starts, as we have some "intelligence" user, which think they have to remove the "Groups" entries, in order to deny access to the default Jira Groups.
Now my question, is there a way to:
a) Still allow user to create spaces on their own but b) not allowing them to change the space Permissions (in Space tools/Permissions)?
I would also be interested if there is something like this.
