I want a way to track tasks that were assigned in a previous meeting and then in subsequent meetings, be able to display the tasks that were completed since the last meeting and all pending tasks (those yet to be completed). Then in the following meeting, the tasks showing completed in the previous meeting would no longer be visible, but those completed since the previous meeting and the still/newly incomplete tasks to be displayed as well. Example: 1 June, 2 tasks assigned to Joe: 1)Complete mass mailings and 2) Update database showing mailings complete. On 5 June, Joe completes task 1 and marks it as such. 8 June meeting would show task 1 in a completed status (preferably with date marked as complete) and task 2 would still show incomplete. An additional task is assigned to Joe 3) Provide report of responses received from mass mailing. On 10 June, Joe marks task 2 complete. 15 June meeting would show task 2 as complete and task 3 as incomplete but task 1 is not shown.
