Is there a way to imbed a link on an image in Confluence so it can be entered in a new tab?

Our knowledge center makes use of embedded video links. We would like our trainees to be able to clock on a link (an image) and open the video in a separate window, much as you can control click on a link to a Jira issue and open it in a new tab when viewing a filter list.

Hi @Mark Hanson  You can add an image and add a link to it, so whenever a user clicks on the image, by default it will open the link in the same window, but users can use the following to open links in a new tab:

  • CTRL+Left Click (Windows) or CMD+Left Click (macOS)
  • Right click > Open in a new tab

Thank you. Both methods work.
