Is there a way to migrate pages from one Confluence Cloud site to Confluence Cloud site?

michaelreiff April 12, 2022

I have a business unit with their own Confluence Cloud site and would like to move those pages to another Confluence Cloud site.  Is there a way to do that?

Hi @michaelreiff

Yes, Space admins can export a space (or a group of individually selected pages in a space) to XML. Confluence will create a zipped archive of the XML files. The XML export option works best if you need to import the space into another Confluence site or use the data from the space in another application.

You can read more about these steps on this link.

Yep - you can export a space from the admin tools of the space, using XML, and import it into another confluence.

If it's a simple "everything", you won't need to think about much other than checking for clashing space names and pages.  If you need a sub-set, you can select "custom" after choosing xml and it'll list the page tree, so you can de-select parts of it.
