We are trying to setup an employee directory on confluence, and we are wanted to give our HR department user permissions to edit users in confluence. Unfortunately, we do not see any way to give them this permission without giving them all of the Global Permission "Confluence Administrator".
Does anyone know of a way to give them access to only a certain part of the Confluence Administration page, or is the only options "Confluence Administrator" and "System Administrator"?
