Is there a way to show Expand Macro titles in the Table of Contents macro?

Hello,

I am using expand macros to hide content, and I want to use the click here text as a heading so that it will appear in the Table of Contents macro. I am unsure of a documented method on achieving this. I am on Confluence 6 if that helps narrow down a possible solution.
