Is there a way to trigger automatic email alert based on page property content?

We have Confluence pages for each project, and within each page use page properties to capture status reporting.  We have a "parent" page using page properties' report to summarize all the child pages.

Is there a way to automatically trigger an e-mail once all the child page properties are populated?

My initial thought is - once all the project numbers are present for the current week ending could be the trigger - but not sure which macro could be used to capture/trigger the email notification.

Any suggestions are appreciated!!

What Confluence version and plan are you using? Data Center or Cloud? If Cloud, Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise?

• If you are using a Cloud Premium or Enterprise plan, then you can use the Automation features to implement what you're trying to do.
• I don't use Data Center, so I am not sure what features might be available to you there.
