Is there a way to use task report to only see upcoming tasks?

I would like to use the Task Report macro to create a "Past due" section and "Due within the next 2 week" section, and I do not want to see tasks that are due further out than that. How would I accomplish that?

Hi Stephanie,

Short answer: You can't.

Once a task goes past it's due date it is automatically turned red, so that helps you see at a glance what's gone past.  But there's no way to dynamically filter by due date. 

The default task functionality is quite basic.  JIRA is the work management tool and for anything other than basic "to-dos" I think Atlassian would rather you pay for JIRA.  However, there are a lot of task apps in the marketplace that supercharge tasks and a lot of them are free .
