Is there a way to view Document status transition in Confluence

We hold Techincal documents in Confluence with a detailed transition workflow including a 6 different states. 

Is there a way to view or track the transitions between document states in Confluence.? Like a History button which shows when and who made transitions in the document.?

The Page History and Page Comparison Views might do what you need:

Confluence tracks the history of changes to each page by creating a new version of the page each time it's modified. You can view the changes between different versions, and roll back to a previous version if you need to. People can add a comment when they make a change, to indicate which of the 6 states it is in.
