Is there an easy way to see when and who changed a page title in the page history or info?

I have about 800 pages being edited by about 30 staff from different departments. It would be really helpful if I could easily see when someone is making a change to the title of a page, because at some point I need to match what is in Confluence to other systems and published information.

I can't find an easy way to see if/when/who changed a page title, other than going to the page history and clicking on each version of the page to see what the title was at a given point in time. This isn't possible to check for each individual page because there's so many of them.

Is there a reason it's not highlighted in the version compare feature? Or is there another way to see it that I'm missing, as I haven't been using the product for very long.

I had a similar problem when I along with a couple of other people were tasked to create ISO documentation for our company. There were hundreds of pages, and having delegated the pages to various people, I wanted to quickly see who had done what and when and what version they were on. 

Report Example with no Updated by column:

The way I did it was to use a plugin called QC Documents for Confluence Cloud. One is able to add a Page Properties macro on each page and in the macro add a table with key fields such as: 

• Title 
• Version
• Updated Date
• Last Updated By

Next I created a report, which I could go to and quickly view what what going on. In this report I added a Page Properties Report macro and made sure I showed at least the following columns: Version, Updated Date, Last Updated by. 

The title is automatically pulled in first, so there is no need to mention it.
